It's great to have you here. 🀍

Hi, I’m Kiman alternative practitioner of psychotherapy, author, book lover, sun worshipper, and the proud owner of far too many plants.

Why You're Here

Maybe you found your way to this page because…

  • you constantly feel stressed and are always rushing from one appointment to the next

  • your ADHD makes you think about a thousand things at once—but you never really get anything done

  • your home is sinking into chaos and you don’t know where to start

  • or because bouts of depression are robbing you of your joy in life

Whatever brought you here:

I know these feelings. And not just in theory.

My Story

In my early 20s, I was depressed myself.
There were days when I didn’t know how I was even supposed to get out of bed in the morning.

My body felt heavy.
I had almost no energy.
And I felt empty inside—but not in a good way.

The path out of that period was a slow one, unfortunately without the help of psychotherapy. Instead, it consisted of increasingly longer walks, many conversations with friends who somehow managed to get me out of bed, and reading quite a few self-help books.

Little by little, my zest for life returned.
And yet something remained: trouble concentrating, an inner restlessness, and that nagging feeling of never really catching up.

The Vicious Cycle

I’ve often wondered:
How do other people manage to stay focused for eight hours a day?

I’d barely been sitting at the computer for 20 minutes—and suddenly everything else seemed more interesting than the task at hand.

At the same time, it seemed impossible to balance work and daily life:
The more energy I put into work, the more my home life suffered.
And the more I took care of my home, the less energy I had left for work.

An endless cycle.

On top of that was my self-employment:
Working whenever I wanted—sounded good. In reality, it often meant working seven days a week.

When I worked, I was frustrated by my lack of concentration.
When I wasn’t working, I felt guilty.

The pressure kept growing.

The Turning Point

At the age of 25, I was diagnosed with ADHD.
Suddenly, a lot of things made sense—but that didn’t make things any easier at first.

Therapy spots were hard to come by.
And I didn’t have the energy to fight my way through endless waiting lists and phone calls.

So I carried on as before:
I tried to figure everything out on my own.

Today I know:
I wouldn't have had to do that.

Why I Do What I Do Today

I want to spare you this long and tedious journey.

You don’t have to struggle through it alone for years.
You don’t have to read countless books or try out hundreds of strategies.

There are people who can support you right now.

Yes, my guidance is an investment.
But above all, it’s an investment in your quality of life.

And if we’re honest:
We often spend money on things that make us feel good in the short term—but don’t change anything in the long run.

So why not invest in something that will improve your life for the long term?

Where I Am Today

My life looks completely different today:

I work with my energy—not against it.
I enjoy taking breaks without feeling guilty.
I know when I’m in a creative phase and when I can get things done efficiently.

And yes—I’m still a natural-born queen of chaos.
But even so, I manage to keep my home clean and tidy.

Above all, I no longer feel constantly overwhelmed or on the verge of burnout.

My Journey to Becoming a Alternative Practitioner of Psychotherapy

The better I felt, the stronger my desire became to share my knowledge.

But I knew this:
Real change requires more than just tips and tricks and so-called “kitchen psychology.”

That’s why, in 2024, I decided to become a certified alternative practitioner of psychotherapy—so that I could support you in a well-founded, professional, and sustainable way.

So What Now?

If you feel like things can’t go on this way…

if you’re longing for more ease, clarity, and joy in life…

if you’re ready for change…

…then it’s no coincidence that you’re here.

Maybe right now is the perfect moment to embark on a new path.

And you don’t have to walk this path alone.

πŸ‘‰ Feel free to reach out to me, and let’s explore together how I can support you.

I look forward to getting to know you. ✨
